Models

OAK captures the native agent’s hooks and transcript. Model identity and usage are read from that evidence; model choice does not change the review store.

Native model configuration

Select a model in Claude Code or Codex, in the agent’s own terminal in the herdr tab. OAK reads the model each turn ran on from the transcript.

Local models

oak models lists local Ollama models and the model configured for Codex. oak models use <name> updates that native configuration and verifies it with a live turn. Local model names do not imply hosted pricing; unavailable pricing stays unavailable.
